It's now summer, and time for new dishes to hit the menu at Sardi. There are a few additions, but three in particular catch our eye, and there's something new for everyone. The more traditional cafe-goer gets a new Eggs Benny. Ham hock, broccolini and eggs are piled on top of brioche and slathered in an apple cider and asparagus hollandaise.
