In the Sogo department store A2 and I bought a croquante bun and some charcoal powder bread from a bakery called Das Gute, part of A1 Bakery. The charcoal bread had almond and charcoal powder and also a few pieces walnuts added. The croquante was crunchy on the outside, was a little sweet, similar to a butterfly biscuit, and was filled with walnuts.
