Brunch today was Shakshouka (baked eggs with roasted peppers and shanklish, $16). Alone, the roasted peppers would have been quite salty but when eaten with the eggs the balance was perfect. The shanklish, a type of cheese, added some bite and I wish there was more of it. I came really early today and it's a weekday during school/uni semester so there wasn't any queue.
