Though I’ve been here numerous times, this was my first visit during lunchtime. There were quite a few interesting items on their lunch menu, but as soon as I heard what the fish of the day was, I was instantly drawn in. Maybe it was the word I missed it because I only heard ‘pan-fried barramundi with … and pea risotto’, but I think it was squid-ink risotto. I was also pleasantly surprised to find two prawns and some spinach in there too. The barramundi was cooked perfectly and had a delightfully crispy, salted skin. The flavour of the risotto and accompanying sauce was rich and moreish, though unfortunately there wasn’t a lot of it.
