After holding a pop-up last year at The Boatbuilder’s Yard, Bang Bang has found permanent digs in Elsternwick, settling into the former Caulfield Rifle Club building right next to Elsternwick station. Head chef Matthew Dunbar has created a menu which takes cues from Indochine (mainland Southeast Asia) and French cuisine.
