For this visit I decided to try one of the dishes on their 'signature menu'. This was sake-poached blue grenadier with soba, snow peas and carrots. I thought there'd only be one fish fillet, but to my surprise there were two. Unfortunately there wasn't much taste in the fish and I couldn't tell there was sake in it.
