Young Bloods Diner is a modern and open space serving (an all-day) breakfast and brunch with a rooftop bar. They were still serving their spring menu when I visited so I was able to try their Roasted Cauliflower Salad with ocean trout and hazelnuts ($15). Fresh and light, with tender and well-seasoned cauliflower, nicely cooked trout and a creamy cauliflower puree, the salad was a joy to eat.
