After making her mark in the 2017 season of My Kitchen Rules, Kim Tran went on to be a restaurateur in her own right, opening Ms Kim in Williamstown. Kim has since also gained a spot in HWKR’s current rotation, and she’s chosen to focus more on street eats for the pop-up.

The chicken that goes with the Tomato Rice is soaked in broth for days before being fried to order – a process that results in tasty meat and crisp skin. The Vermicelli Noodle Salad is a definite highlight. The ingredients are fresh and the flavours of her dipping sauces and dressings are bright and moreish.
