You’ll find quite a number of Hecho en Mexico outlets dotted around Melbourne. Many of their menu items including the tacos and quesadillas come with a wide choice of fillings and salsa. Recommended are the Shredded Beef Taquitos, which are crunchy and packed with beef. Similarly crisp are the Fish Tacos, and the accompanying green papaya and carrot slaw keeps things fresh. Banana Empanadas are not something you’d typically see here, which is what drew us to them. They were a good choice, being full of banana and having just the right amount of cinnamon.
