Co Hanh comes to Flinders Lane with their own take on Vietnamese cuisine.

We were taken through a tasting of their new menu. Highlights included their sweet and sticky Signature Fried Chicken, Beef Carpaccio, melt-in-the-mouth Beef Short Rib, Cauliflower Ragu and an incredibly crunchy Vietnamese pancake (banh xeo) filled with prawns, pork and bean shoots that’s a little different from the traditional version.

As well as their regular a la carte menu, they also have a specials menu if you’re after a quick bite, and also offer Vietnamese BBQ during dinner service.
