The large Malaysian fast-food chain SugarBun moved into Melbourne late last year to bring us East Malaysian cuisine, courtesy of Francesca and Fiorn Lee. I finally had the opportunity to come to Steer, well-known for its wide range of high quality steaks. There are just so many different producers and cuts to choose from.
