Merah, Northcote

Marcel Nantharath and Aline Viravouth (NL House in Carlton) have opened another Malaysian restaurant in Northcote. Merah means 'red' in Malay, and also the colour of sambal - the chilli condiment that's a staple in Malaysian cuisine.
