Located in Equitable Pl, which is between Collins and Lt Collins and near Elizabeth St, this small cafe specialises in fugazza. Quoting from their website, "Fugazza recreates traditional Italian baked sandwiches. Our light, tasty focaccia start with artisan sourdough bread, created using a combination of wholemeal, rye and unbleached flour. Generally when I visit Italian restaurants for dinner my choices are limited to either salad or a large piece of meat. Today I opted for the light option of a chicken salad (Grilled Chicken, Lettuce, Tomato, Olives, Cucumber, Red Onions, Balsamic Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, $19.90). Walking around Harbourside I noticed a lot of the restaurants had dinner specials on, particularly early dinner specials. Olivo had a $35pp special which consisted of any entree, any main and a drink (including wine). I came here for a colleague's farewell, and while the others ordered pizzas, I wasn't able to eat it so I ordered a main instead: lamb back strap, tomato pâté, olive tapenade, baby eggplant, candy peppers. It took quite a long time to arrive - apparently it had been given to the wrong table even though they hadn't ordered it.
