My second attempt at cooking barley. This time I went for Japanese flavours. At the end I stirred in some nori strips, but unfortunately half of them got stuck to the bottom of the pot. No matter; it still tasted good. Note for next time: add nori in later and don't leave it sitting there on high heat because the barley squashes it to the bottom and makes it burn.
