After walking around Amsterdam by ourselves, we returned to the hotel for our included hotel dinner. The entrée was a salmon mixture, which may have had chopped pickle, onion and sour cream/natural yoghurt. The main dish was chicken schnitzel and grilled/roast vegetables like zucchini, capsicum, onion and eggplant (though sadly I didn’t get any eggplant). Dessert was just ice cream with chocolate sauce and an Argentinean cherry (also known as a gooseberry), which was yellow and had three leaves on the stem.
