Our last dinner in Spain was in the hotel’s restaurant Starters: spare rib, chorizo, ham and potato soup Mains: breaded and fried turkey stuffed with ham and cheese with chips Dessert: blueberry cheesecake with a white sauce and possibly almond bits. The tour guide also cut up a pandoro dusted with sugar for everyone to share. [gallery order="DESC" link="file" columns="2" ids="2477,2476,2474,2475"]...

At 6:30pm, those going for the Spanish buffet and Flamenco excursion began the walk to the hall. The place was called Conduras. At the hotel on the reception desk, the buffet + flamenco was €68. We paid €70, but we got reserved seating at the front. Some of the food included: vegetarian tortilla (brussel sprouts and carrot), potato tortilla (didn’t taste like much), big pieces of fish and mussels in a tomato sauce, mushrooms with herbs, boiled veggies, stewed veal, rabbit in tomato based sauce, squid, mussels, big...

Lunch was at a self-service place again. We got pumpkin risotto (€4.20), fish sauce/stock with a small, long, hollow pasta (€5.20) and a meat and mushroom tomato based sauce with a thick noodle pasta (€5.20). The risotto was a bit too cheesy and rich so I couldn’t finish it. At the shop there was a giant box of chocolate (6 blocks in a pack) of hazelnut chocolate for €14.90. A2 also bought some cavalucci biscuits. [gallery link="file" columns="2" type="rectangular" ids="2393,2394,2395"]...

Our dinner was in the hotel restaurant again. Appetiser: salad with the red radish we saw displayed outside the restaurant last night, dressed with olive oil Entrée: penne bolognaise Mains: chicken with vegetables (capsicum, eggplant, broccoli) Dessert: frozen ice cream with almonds and a sticky, brown sauce drizzled on top. The waiter’s English was very good, because some people got the impression that the pasta was the main course, although the serving was small. So a few ordered another serve of pasta before they realised we were getting chicken for the main. [caption id="attachment_2387"...
