Even though Toulouse was a big town it was difficult to find things to eat, being a Sunday. We eventually found a chain bakery called La Mie Câline. The official address for Hero is on Swanston St because it's located within the RMIT building, but the entrance is actually on Stewart St. Edit: They've now changed their official address to 1 Stewart St, which makes for fewer confused customers! Located in Equitable Pl, which is between Collins and Lt Collins and near Elizabeth St, this small cafe specialises in fugazza. Quoting from their website, "Fugazza recreates traditional Italian baked sandwiches. Our light, tasty focaccia start with artisan sourdough bread, created using a combination of wholemeal, rye and unbleached flour. True to their origins, our sandwiches are baked, not pressed, creating a beautifully light, crisp crust." Only yesterday afternoon did I realise we actually had two Schnitz vouchers to use before the end of the month. This time I went for the Si Senor (minus Ranch sauce) on turkish bread roll. Dad had the Hey Habib roll. The Si Senor was definitely more tasty than the grilled vegetable one from Monday.
