Lunch was at a Marche/Burger King Worthersee, which was a self-service place. This place was right next to the warmest lake in Austria, the water of which can reach up to 22-23°C in summer. The view with the lake would have been nice except it was snowing so everything was grey. Dad had goulash soup with shredded egg and deep fried, crunchy, round things (€4.20, stronger taste than the one I had yesterday), A2 had a panini with ham, I had something starting with “S” (€3.20) and mum...

Before leaving Bath we bought lunch from M&S and I got an extra sandwich (Scottish smoked salmon and butter for ₤3) from Pret, a chain which makes fresh sandwiches, rolls, sushi and coffee. From M&S A2 bought an avocado salad and ranch beef sandwich, I had a chicken breast and mangetout salad with lemon dressing sandwich, mum had a tuna roll and dad got an apple turnover and raisin scroll (mangetout are like sugar snap peas without the peas inside).[gallery order="DESC" link="file" columns="2" ids="2185,2186,2183,2184"]...

We were going to have lunch at Fort William, but we couldn’t find it so we had lunch at Ben Nevis Highland Centre instead. There was lots of tourist coaches there. Inside the centre was a souvenir shop and a restaurant. Mum had carrot and parsnip soup, while dad and I had lentil soup. The soup came with a bread roll that was a bit old and dry. I also had a turkey and salad (Spanish onion, lettuce, tomato, cucumber) sandwich and A2 had salmon and cream cheese....
