At 12pm we headed towards the new part of town and went into Princes Plaza for lunch. There we got fish and chips and rhubarb pie for desert. A2 also got a Crunchie McFlurry (99p) from McDonalds. The fish and chips were from Harry Ramsden. Mum said they have a store in Glen Waverley. I got a large piece of haddock (₤3.90); mum got the lunch deal, which was fish and chips plus a drink for ₤5.99. She had haddock and Fanta; dad had cod and lemonade. The...

Mum and I got grilled salmon with mash and peas and garlic butter sauce, dad got rump steak with mash and peas and A2 got two Belgian waffles with chocolate sauce and ice cream. The...

On a bench there were shakers for cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate and nutmeg that people could add to their drinks; A2 added all of them. A2 and I saw three different Starbucks outlets around the old town. [gallery link="file" order="DESC" columns="2"]...

The bread felt quite heavy for a 10cm x 20cm loaf and tasted a bit strange; a little minty. It also put me off caraway for the rest of my life. The pastie had big thin slices of potato inside. The pastry...
