Jai Ho is a family run restaurant that has been sharing their recipes through their hospitality since 2011. The family has other restaurants under the Jai Ho name, in Hoppers Crossing and Berwick, and they also provide Indian wedding banquets for Peter Rowland's catering services. It's now summer, and time for new dishes to hit the menu at Sardi. There are a few additions, but three in particular catch our eye, and there's something new for everyone. The more traditional cafe-goer gets a new Eggs Benny. Ham hock, broccolini and eggs are piled on top of brioche and slathered in an apple cider and asparagus hollandaise.
