Rustica has just opened its newest location - this one is the second Canteen in CBD, located in the Rialto Towers. With the whole cafe being housed under Rialto's glass wings, you can enjoy natural daylight without the heat or rain. Rustica Rialto offers everything Rustica is renowned for: pastries, artisan breads and cafe fare. There are also 'grab and go' items such as salads and sandwiches, well suited to the many professionals working nearby....

Igni is an unassuming performer. It’s all too easy to walk right past the nondescript entrance without realising what’s inside. The restaurant is small, pared back, and relatively casual for fine dining. It seats about 30, and diners are treated to the spectacle of the open kitchen: the smell of cooking butter, the sight of flames coming up during service, the sizzles and crackles from the wood-fire grill. ...

Chefs Shaun Quade (formerly of Royal Mail Hotel, Quay, Biota Dining and Urbane) and John-Paul Fiechtner (Bo Innovation, Hong Kong, and Le Chateaubriand, Paris) intrigued us with their pop-up preview before the official opening of Lume, and successfully excited their audience with thoughts of what was to come.
