Opening up underneath a brand new block of apartments, Code 21 is a cafe that's going for more of a healthy(er) take on brunch, but one that's also appealing to the eye. It's quite a small venue that's spread out over an L-shaped space, with generous spacing between tables and pops of greenery flowing down from the shelving....

Son in Law, Collingwood Take 3
At the moment, Son in Law is perhaps most famous for its Instagrammable fairy floss drinks and desserts. Staff express their inner creativity by making the drink decorations and chocolate balls by hand. Even before the fairy floss drinks were introduced, Son in Law had a pretty tasty food menu, and thankfully that's still the case....

My Other Brother has undergone a light refurb and menu refresh since my last visit. There's new tables and fencing outside, and a fresh pink and green theme, with awnings to match....

Now about 10 months old, @ The Catch is a family run business serving your fish and chip, burger and seafood needs. Food is made fresh on the day on-site, and you can taste the difference. Items other than fish and chips include Greek Fish Cakes, with vegetables and five different types of fish inside, and Potato Cakes which have multiple layers of fresh potato that have satisfying bite and crunch....
