Dans le Noir ? translates to 'In the Dark ?'. It's a concept that was first brought to life in Paris, initially organised in conjunction with blind foundations to raise awareness about disability. 14 years later, the concept is still going strong and has now expanded internationally - London, Barcelona and Madrid to name but a few cities - and the restaurants are so popular that they can be booked out up to two month in advance....
