I managed to score a free burger through the Grill'd Meatwave promotion. Out of the selection of burgers offered through the deal I picked the Simon Says, which contains grilled chicken breast, avocado, crispy trim bacon, salad, relish & herbed mayo. It was a pretty good burger; tasty and not too dry, but I have to say I still like the Baa Baa burger the best. Lectures finished early today so it was a good opportunity for us to have an early lunch. Stovetop is located within the Melbourne Graduate School of Education building, which must be very handy for those students. Since they serve breakfast all day I went for a lunch item (available after 11am): Brioche - Corned wagyu beef, sauerkraut, swiss cheese and seeded mustard in a toasted bun ($14). I returned to try out another of their noodle dishes: Rice Noodles w. Tofu Pudding, Peanut Pieces, Beef Mince, Pickled Chinese Cabbage and Special Chili Sauce ($10). Again, there was a huge serve of the smooth noodles but this time I couldn't finish it. The tofu pudding is apparently similar to that found in tofu fa. It was smooth and softer than regular tofu, but firm enough to pick up with chopsticks relatively easily. There was barely any beef mince. The first thing I tasted was the chilli sauce....
