After some unexpected delays, Frankie Says is finally open for business. Part of the new, aptly named Sanctuary apartment complex, it's hidden away, right by the Yarra with pleasant and peaceful view of both trees and water. A new collaboration between Wonderbao and Chamil Kelly, former head chef and manager of Wonderbao, Mantou made its debut appearance at the 2015 Melbourne Night Noodle Markets.
