Tonight I ordered spicy salmon. For some reason I read the menu as saying grilled so I was surprised when the dish came with raw salmon. The salmon was cut into (mostly) large cubes and mixed with a spicy sauce that tasted strongly of either garlic or chives. Also in the mix were vegetables, mainly bean sprouts and cabbage. Han Guuk Guan is hidden away in the shadow of two taller buildings, near the corner of Mackenzie and Victoria St. We came here for a birthday lunch and because the servings were large we ordered in groups.
