Dropping into Salona for a quick meal on the way home, I ordered a beef souvlona. A mix between a burger and souvlaki, souvlonas are a Salona creation. The thin beef patty was accented with saganaki, capers, mustard tzatziki and cos lettuce, all wrapped up in satisfyingly toasty and fluffy pita bread.
