We checked into our hotel at Wexford at 7:00pm then had dinner at the restaurant inside, Stir. There was a special on for a family of four for €50. We got two courses from the adult menu and two from the kids menu. From the adult menu we ordered roast sirloin (dad), greek salad (A2), pan fried Irish salmon with creamy sauce, mash, green beans and carrot (mum and me), seafood chowder (mum and me) and tea and coffee. From the kids menu we got roast chicken breast (A2) and poached salmon (mum and me) with the same sides as the Irish salmon, lemon cheesecake, Bailey’s cheesecake (which tasted like cream rather than cream cheese) and two boxes of Ribena. The salmon was nice but the seafood chowder was a bit too creamy and the soda bread was too dry.
