Rome

This restaurant reminded me of a cheap, family friendly restaurant like Sofia’s, mainly because the waiters were wearing hoodies. I got a vegetarian calzone with eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms and chicory (€7.50), dad ordered spaghetti carbonara (€6.50) and mum ordered linguini al pesto (€6.50) and tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and clams (€9).

I was disappointed with the calzone. I was expecting it to be more filled, especially because it was so big and puffy. But the vegetables were only 1mm thick and there was a lot of mozzarella – I was expecting more veggie. At least it was wood-fired. The pasta was nice, although too salty.
