Off to Errol’s for work’s Christmas dinner. I ordered the seafood salad ($19.90), consisting of prawns, scallops, mussels and calamari served on a bed of spinach and tomato with a balsamic vinaigrette. It was tasted quite good, however as I neared the bottom of the plate where the salad was more saturated with vinaigrette, the spinach became very salty and I couldn’t finish it.
