Given today's terrible, cold, windy and extremely wet weather, a hot pot dinner sounded like the perfect choice. A2 and I took a trip to Grill'd to use an Entertainment Book voucher before it expired. A2 ordered a Garden Goodness veggie burger ($11.50), whilst I decided to go for one of the three new burgers on the menu: Hot Hombre ($12.50). Me - Grilled teriyaki unagi ($23.90) A2 - Miso salmon grilled in foil ($20.90) Mum - Kaiseki bento ($27.90) Dad - Wafu steak ($23.90) There was also a large selection of sake available, and the menu included a short description of each one. The bento box came with miso soup, mixed rice, teriyaki chicken, sesame salad, sashimi, sushi, tempura and ice cream (a choice of sesame, green tea or vanilla). A2 said her salmon was tasteless. There wasn't much sauce left...
