Tree Of Us, Richmond

Located on the corner of Church St and Lincoln St, Tree of Us mainly serves burgers, though they also do breakfast and coffee. I ordered the Fish Burger with crumbed rockling with tomato, lettuce, beetroot, dill mayo and pickle ($15). A2 had the Sweetpea Burger, which was a spiced, sweet potato and chickpea pattie with beetroot relish, caramelised onion, garlic aioli, lettuce ($14).

I tasted some of the sweet potato/chickpea pattie and it was quite nice. I’d imagine it would taste pretty good with the other ingredients and A2 liked it.

The beetroot and pickle in my burger were refreshing and the crumb coating on the fish was crunchy but still left the rockling contained within it moist and juicy. With an interesting selection of burgers and a burger loyalty card, there’s good reason to come back.

No, I didn’t realise there was a deal! I’ll definitely look out for one in the future though.
