Another day, another voucher; this time for The Cultured Salad. There are two branches and I chose to go to the one situated in Australia on Collins. There was a nice selection of gourmet salads, wraps and foccacias, as well as the option to create a custom-made sandwich. I went for a smoked salmon sandwich on multigrain bread with carrot, cucumber and salad. While I watched my sandwich get put together I was concerned it would be too big to fit in my mouth, but the sandwich grill compressed the veggies to a respectable height. I was very happy with the amount of smoked salmon inside (there were 3 big slices) and the ingredients made the sandwich moist even without butter.
