Today will probably be the last of the restaurant vouchers we’re using out of the 2011-2012 Entertainment Book. I haven’t been to Schnitz before, so it was a nice surprise to find out I could substitute the Schnitz for non-crumbed chicken fillets. Both A2 and I chose the same thing: a Vegged Out Wrap – Moroccan spiced non-crumbed chicken fillets with roasted vegetables, Spanish onion and tzatziki. I forgot to take a photo of the inside of the wrap, which looked a lot more appetising than the photo I did take. The wrap was also much better than I expected – way better than supermarket wraps – soft and slightly chewy. I had a generous amount of chicken, which wasn’t overcooked.
