Chokolait’s Little Collins was the original store, later opening a second location in Emporium, but a recent change has seen Little Collins transform into Matcha by Chokolait to cater for the growing Asian crowd.

Both matcha and hojicha make an appearance as part of their Winter Warmers menu. Of particular interest is the moist Hojicha Matcha Lava Cake, which comes with an extra little taster of a chocolate mousse tart, and a choice of ice cream (I picked hojicha). Feeling in a hojicha mood, I also tried the Hojicha hot chocolate. It has a strong hojicha flavour, but isn’t bitter. Definitely recommended for the hojicha lovers out there.
