The hotel had a free shuttle bus service into the city. From the drop-off point, Campo de’ Fiori (the square with the Bruno statue) was only a few minutes away. From behind a florist we bought pizza from Forno, which charges pizza by weight. We bought half an eggplant pizza for €3.30 and it was really good. Rome has thin-crust pizza; further south they have thicker crusts and in the north it’s in the middle.
