26 Jan Cathay Pacific, Fukuoka to HK via Taipei
Taipei is about 2 hours from Fukuoka and we were provided with lunch. There was a choice of beef (A2 said it tasted like meat pie filling) and floured fish pieces with Sichuan sauce. They also gave a few pieces of fruit, tiramisu and a bread roll. My lunch was lemon pepper salmon with potatoes and green beans. For once my lunch looked better than everyone else’s. Even my bread roll was nicer.
It was another 90 minutes or so between Taipei and Hong Kong. The airline gave us ham and onion lunch rolls to eat. Mine was roast vegetable and chicken.
