While researching good restaurants in Broken Hill where we could have one nice meal together before we left, I read a lot of people raving about the kangaroo at Broken Earth. They seemed to have a decent selection of food at reasonable prices, so we headed up there for lunch.
I haven’t had kangaroo at a restaurant before, but this was definitely one of the best $18.50 I’ve ever spent on food. The meat was done exactly as I had asked and it was so flavoursome, tender, juicy and melt-in-your-mouth I felt disappointed when I’d finished devouring it all.
