Astoria Hotel, Lucerne, Switzerland

Dinner at the hotel consisted of a salad with light dressing, grilled and lightly battered Parnasius fillet (a type of fish) in a creamy/cheese sauce (though the menu said light lemon dressing) and a piece of apple strudel with hot vanilla sauce. The pastry in the strudel was a bit too thick and it wasn’t hot; there were also raisins in it, so I didn’t finish mine.
