Located on the corner of Ferrars and Bank Street, Railway Hotel was built in 1968 and sports an art deco interior. It's not often that you hear of non-profit restaurants, but Feast of Merit is such a place. 100% of their profits go to YGAP, an organisation that runs social enterprises such as this one. After some unexpected delays, Frankie Says is finally open for business. Part of the new, aptly named Sanctuary apartment complex, it's hidden away, right by the Yarra with pleasant and peaceful view of both trees and water.
